The continuing fraud of FIA Card Service appears to have evolved over to Wachovia credit cards. Evidently FIA has purchased the "account information" from dormant or closed Wachovia credit cards. Then elaborate letters were sent out to all the addresses outlining all the new rules and charges coming down the pike for your credit cmeard and suggesting that you enroll fast to check things out and start paying your balance before the rates really go up. At the same time a Wachovia "alert" is sent to your eMail saying that there could be a spam attack on your account and to again, log in, pass information and clear it up. This sucks and Wachovia is a failing bank right now selling off anythig it can - including our data to every scumbag organization. The FIA contact lines are being manned by people who say they are a real company doing an honest job, so either they are morally bankrupt as the parent org or they are oblivious to the fraud. I will be walking all my paper into my Wachovia branch to see what they say... wonder hiow successful that will get 129208f

To be honest with you FIA Card Services has always owned Wachovia credit cards since the merger of MBNA in 2006.
