These people called me at work 4 times. Each time they called me i ask that they not call me at work. Iam allowed no persaonal calls while at work. I said thank you and hung. Kenneth Mersimvoski was his name and he kept calling me back. He threaten to tell my boss, and i told him that i could not take personal calls while working. He them faxed to my place of work not one but 9 faxes that all said the same thing!!! There was no mention of this being from a debt collector

Here in Massachusetts there is a law that prohibits debt collectors calling more than two times in one 7 day period. They have ben warned by me and the attorney generals office but continue their illegal practices. These are the rudest most aggressive bottom feeders I have ever dealt with. |

Morons reduced my limit $ 14K, FICO went down 60 points, and their idiot calls me today to say "no way". I have 16K in pennies to send them. Up theirs! |

Written by called to complain they raised, on 12-04-2009 09:00 thye raised it from a fixed 9.9 ti adjustable which now is 15%.When i called to complain the person threatebd to maybe reduce my credit line which a few days later was reduced 10k!!!!--scumbags killed my perfect credit killed my fico--never a late payment have 4 accounts with boa.--an employee there was allowed to do it and i called again and they arte sticking to it.I am calling corporate and having the tape conversation looked into.It will show the credit analyst was rude. |
