One of main reasons I use FIA is because of Shopsafe which I use regularly.For the past three weeks, I have been unable to access my existing Shopsafe cards and when I call FIA, I get a multitude of responses from "It's a known problem and we're working on it" to "it's fixed, try again in an hour" and finally, "we'll add your card to the list and it'll be fixed in November." Three weeks of calling every other day only to tell me to wait another two MONTHS.

They also told me I have over a hundred cards - not true since I delete them after use and before they expire.

Clearly an FIA database issue because I can still use Shopsafe from another BoA card.Normally FIA does a good job - this time they STINK!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: FIX SHOPSAFE ACCESS.
