Suing me for breach of contract, I don't know whose I never signed anything or dealt with them

Stay away from them they are deivent and will lie to get what they want, as a layman you can't fight them they stick together and come up with ridiculous excuses or the proof they have isn't relevant to the situation they work for the Banks so you won't win whe the lawyer that is suing you can turn around and be the mediator who do you think will win, it isn't going to be you no matter what you say or what proof you have! I think they need to be sued for harassment, conflict of interest, and a few other things but they know you won't because of the cost, I have a few names I'd like to call them but I'm sure you know what they are. I'm still confused how my statements of payment can win when I had a line of credit not a credit card like they kept saying, they need to get their facts straight, I'd like to know who died and made them God, unless you're a lawyer you're screwed.

FIA Card Services Shopsafe Error at 32% (while loading pop up window)

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I tried to get a shopsafe number 1st using windows 8.1, then went to a few other computers trying Firefox, Chrome & IE, but get the same error. Then I tried Linux with Firefox, and still get the same error. They say they know about the error, but do not say when they expect to fix it. This has been going on for a number of days now. I had hoped to get an idea of when or if they plan on fixing this as many others have the same problem (probably everyone). They had the nerve to say it was a free service, and they take $ for every purchase I make which raises the cost of the items I buy. Credit cards and shopsafe is paid for and added to the cost of the items we purchase. Who are they kidding.

Being sued by a LawFirm, for Breach of Contract which originally had been settled I had thought by the Bank Of America, but FIa was the one who endorsed the Check

Received call from Bank re settlement on a LINE of CREDIT, which the LawFirm, and Fia keep referring to as a CREDIT CARD, went to Arbitration per their request, the Mediator was the lawyer who suing me and had Partner as acting Lawyer, they had no evidence except 7 payed statements had asked where the other 17 were no response, course I never received any but did have original Contract which Stated LINE of CREDIT, anyway Court through it out due to time Lapse, but the LawFirm had it reinstated by saying that it caused them hardship, and that the Court did not file the papers properly as A LawFirm you would have thought they would have checked this as it's been in force sine 2011, so now I'm back in the same process of being sued because the Court granted them the to proceed, im appalled that they would do that, this is our justice system, the LawFirm granted the reinstatement because of of their HARDSHIP what about ME! And because they blamed the Court for the papers being miss filed I'm to BLAME, what a waste of time and Court time, Serious they are wasting time on a case that originally had been dismissed because of the time had passed and was to late for the case to be processed, but it's okay to redo it again because of the Lawfirms inadequate processing. OMG!

Being sued for credit card when it was a line of credit, cohersion

Being sued for credit Card 2 years later, it was a line of credit after having been offered a settlement by Bank of America, lied to check endorsed by FIA, not Bank. Law suing was mediator, when at arbitration, my lawyer had called during mediation was told to hang up and shut phone off, didn't have a chance also is this not a conflict of interest! No proof except 7 statements they had of payments I had not received any when called Bank they said had no record of account, also charged a 3,000.00 fee on line of credit told by employees that no fee should be charged on line of credit, FIA, and Bank continuously refered to it being a credit card when infact it was a line of credit, BIG difference in payments, all calls by me to bank recorded These lawyers would not except it as evidence. Initially was not allowed anyone in room with me, allowed son finally, not recorded or documented by anyone, at least he can be used as a witness even though they weren't going to let him in, hate to see what would have been said or done, Given no choice accused even though INNOCENT, I did everything the bank had offered, they invaded my privacy by calling my family regauarding my Banking! Harassed constantly by FIA, BANK.

Fidelity Amex (FIA) randomly rejecting my card

My Fidelity Amex must be the worst credit card ever!!! My card is being randomly rejected, leaving me stranded or unable to pay. Fidelity claims that there is "suspicious activity" on my account, but that seems ridiculous - I can't for the life of me see why any of my charges would be denied!!!!!! And when I try to call to get the "hold" lifted and discuss the predicament with a supervisor, I find myself waiting for half an hour or more! A terrible situation when trying to pay a restaurant bill!!! Whatever system they are using to detect "fraud", it is in disparate need of being updated!!!

Card member dince 1996 and shown no respect....

I was a card member since 1996 and received notice from my credit monitoring reports that my card with FIA was closed. FIA card services never notified me that they were closing my account due to inactivity. Most card companies will warn you beforehand. I had the same issue with Chase and they sent me a letter beforehand that they would close my account due to inactivity and I called them and asked them to keep the card active and they did. That is how you deal with customers. I call FIA and I was told the card could not be reopened at the terms it was originally opened under. I was like you would throw away a 20 year customer and future business? I received basically no answer.....sorry sir...Sorry FIA Card Services!....you won't keep customers very long with this kind of service!

Unable to access account

I have been paying my balance due and then some each month since 2011. When I tried to enter my account for the month of July, I was instructed to agree on two new electronic terms, I refuse to agree on. I will pay my bill off by phone or mail and this will be the last you will hear from me. I do not trust my computer or the electronic system to agree to such terms. This gives you the upper hand in charging me service charges if I fail to make my payments on time due to computer failure.

FIA Lowered Credit Line

We have been a customer of FIA Credit Services since 1999. We have excellent credit with no delinquencies, all accounts paid as agreed, long term stable employment (30 years), etc. Our credit card is used when needed and had a credit line of approximately $23,000. There have been times that our balance has been close to our credit line and other times it has been a zero balance. We have had a history/pattern of paying our credit card in full from every few months. (This is our 1 & only credit card.) The credit card balance had been approximately $21,000 for the past 6 months. We paid $5,000 in February 2014 and $15,000 in May 2014. Within 10 days of making the May payment, we receive a letter from FIA Services stating they are reducing our credit line to $8,000 due to delinquent accounts with others, poor payment history, & lack of recent bank revolving info. None of this is true. (We only have 1 credit card.) In October 2013, we had a late payment on our auto loan due to an error in our bill pay information which was corrected & the bank provided an explanation letter. There is NOT ONE thing true in them using this decision to lower a credit line. Credit report was reviewed & nothing negative on it. As my husband is on the phone with FIA asking for an explanation, I requested on-line a credit card through Capital One. We were approved for a $25,000 line of credit. I have already paid off the remaining $1000 on FIA & we no longer use this credit card. Their customer service is awful & rude. They requested to know where we had gotten $15,000 to pay our cc. It is called bonus pay from our employer. Fortunately, we have the ability to gain credit from other sources; however, their practice was wrong and unexplainable to why they would do this to customers since 1999. Their loss and Capital One's gain.

FIA service closed my credit card and stolen my reword points

I have been using their card for mote than 3 years without any problem. I always paid on time, only use it for merchandise purchases. Last week I got a letter from then and told me they closed y account without a reason. I tired to login to my account and found that the account was suspended and I cann't redeem the reward points (286,670). I called back and the customer representative told me he don't know why it was closed and told me after the account was closed, all the reward points were gone. They give me a number and asked me to call their "account closure department" for more detail. I called with that number many times but none took the call. I always reach the same message that they will call me back within 3 business days. But they never do it. How come they close my account without giving me a reason, I did not do any thing different recently using their card? It is ok if you have to close my account, but how can you steal my rewards? You made the money when I used your card to make orders, now you refused to pay me back by closing my account? Come on, this is not a way to do the business!!

FIA Unfairly Ruined my Credit

I was a loyal, long term, prompt paying FIA customer. I paid my entire account off in late 2012-thousands of dollars. Somehow, unbeknownst to me in December of 2012, someone used my card for 11.00. I never saw a bill until I got a delinquent one in May of 2013 and I immediately paid it. I have perfect credit other than this and they gave me a bad rating. They have all the power and won't change it even after I pointed out that why would a person pay every month on time for years and years and then just not pay an $11.00 bill. This is so wrong and I have no recourse.

I have the same issues. They autodebt the account after I told them to stop. This caused the account to overdraw and penalities to be incurred.

DO not use B of A or FIA !

Fia Card Services site down again!!!

How can i make an electronic payment when their system is inaccessible for two days and now i am overdue??? they charge an arm and a leg for fees and now i will have a late payment because i cannot make it online and to send snail mail won't work....Fia you are making millions off this bull! Get your site up 24 x 7 or extend for those of us who are paperless and want to make online payments a grace period for your scheduled maintenance which is inappropriate anyway....how come other sites can stay up 24 x7 or just state in your policy and procedures when your maintenance occurs and the site is unavailable...

ML Fraudulent Interest Charge

My ML (BOA) credit card account assessed a minimum interest charge even though I had 0 activity and 0 balance on the card for the 6-previous statements prior to the current statement. Their CSR stated I was assessed a minimum charge due to maintaining a balance prior to the end of the billing cycle! My question to them was, "They are incorrect since I did not maintain a previous balance to *** a charge. And how can I be assessed interest on my initial balance?" They gave me the run-around for 3-weeks due to their CSR department's inability to read. I kept iterating I was overseas and cannot be reach by phone. Therefore contact me via email. They obviously ignored my request to avoid stating anything in writing - they will not provide an official letter stating the above "interest charged prior to the due date of the current balance". I asked whether they were going to send an official statement explaining why I was assessed the charge, they said no. Moreover, the CSR stated they will not release any information unless the information is subpoenaed. When I asked, "So you can lie and say whatever you want since it won't be on record?" the CSR kept repeating that a subpoena is required! I will close this account next week once the payment clears. I have never experience blatant lies and common sense. I caution everyone to look at their fees closely. (The fee has been reversed, but it shouldn't take 3-weeks, 4 phone calls, 1 email to BOA which was punted back to ML, and an inquiry sent to the protection agency).

FIA takes your money when not authorized

They will auto debit your account even after you told them to stop. Even after you call them, they will not acknowledge that you asked them to stop. You can ask them to stop payment on the phone before your payment is due and they will not do it. They will transfer you to a different department and make sure you get dropped in the process. Call back and you cannot speak to the same rep. You start on hold and have to explain your situation all over again. Ask for the the name of the rep and a call back number and they will provide it. ----> Do not use FIA !

FIA Credit Card

I have had an FIA card for many years. Last month I went on line to pay and it said - no payment due. Many times I schedule a payment, so I didn't think much of it... as it would not let me enter an amount. Two weeks later they are saying I missed my payment... well, I cannot pay what they want and I was told it was due to they gave me a new credit card number. That was wrong, because I just paid my regular payment. Now, I am in "collections" and they are adding charges to my account ... It was my favorite card...but I jut found out it is now owned by BOA - no wonder they refused to work with me, or reduce the late charge.
